La prima sezione dello scialle è lavorata molto semplicemente a maglia legaccio e, verso la fine, vengono inserite delle righe di un colore contrastante.
Poi si prosegue con il secondo colore e un alto bordo di pizzo molto raffinato, movimentato anch’esso verso la fine da un paio di righe in colore contrastante.
Si conclude con il primo colore.

Pink Lotus is a romantic crescent shawl worked from the top down.
The first section of the shawl is knit in garter stitch; towards the end of this section stripes in a contrasting colour are added.
The work continues in the contrasting colour, creating a wide, sophisticated lace border accentuated by contrasting stripes.
The shawl is completed using the main colour.
