CONCHIGLIA

“Conchiglia” è un poncho oversize lavorato dall’alto verso il basso.

È lavorato usando due colori: uno per il davanti e uno per il dietro e le due parti sono uguali. In questo modo il poncho può venire indossato abbinando il colore che si preferisce all’outfit del giorno.

Il lavoro incomincia dal davanti e si lavora un bordo a maglia legaccio.

Il lavoro prosegue con una sezione lavorata a ferri accorciati nella quale si incomincia anche il pannello centrale lavorato in un punto pizzo che ricorda una conchiglia e che dona al poncho un tocco di vivacità. Una volta terminata questa sezione, li lavoro continua diritto fino alla lunghezza desiderata, 

terminando con un bordo a maglia legaccio. Ora si riprendono le maglie lungo il bordo dell’avvio e allo stesso tempo di formerà il collo. Il dietro sarà lavorato come il davanti.

I bottoni solo puramente decorative e sono usati per chiudere l’apertura laterale del poncho.

Knitting starts with the garter stich border for the front.

The work continues with a section of short rows; the centre panel is also started in this section. It is knit in a shell pattern to add a lively touch to the garment. When this section is completed, continue knitting until the desired length is reached, ending with a garter stitch border.

Next, stitches are picked up along the cast-on edge; at the same time, the neckline stitches are cast on. The back will be knit the same as the front.

The buttons are purely decorative and are used to close the sides of the poncho.
