L'UCCELLINO HU

“L’Uccellino Hu” fa parte della collezione ispirata ai "Monti Pallidi", la catena montuosa delle Dolomiti italiane.
La leggenda narra che una madre incaricò i due figli di portarle il misterioso uccellino Hu. Il minore riuscì a prenderlo, ma il maggiore lo uccise e portò lui l’uccellino alla madre. Un giorno un pastore si fece uno zufolo con una canna cresciuta sopra la tomba del fratello ucciso, ma questa cantò con la voce del morto e accusò il fratello dell’omicidio.

“L’Uccellino Hu” è un collo realizzato con la tecnica del doubleknitting.
Da un lato osserviamo una decorazione a forma di uccellino e dall’altra dei piccoli fiori che richiamano quelli delle canne della leggenda.

“L’Uccellino Hu” (The little Hu bird) is part of the collection of patterns inspired by the “Monti Pallidi” (Pale Mountains), a chain of mountains in the Italian Dolomites.
According to legend, a mother told her two sons to bring her the mysterious Hu bird. The younger son managed to catch it, but the older son killed his brother and brought the bird to his mother. One day a shepherd made a Zuffolo with a reed that was growing on the grave of the younger brother; but when he played the Zuffolo, it sang with the young boy’s voice, accusing his older brother of murdering him. 

“L’Uccellino Hu” is a double knit cowl.
One side features the Hu bird motif and the other is decorated with tiny flowers that bring to mind the reeds in the legend.
