PAMIR

Pamir is a hat worked from the bottom up in a vaguely vintage style.
The crown is shaped using a series of short rows.
When the crown is completed, the stitches are picked up and the high lace brim is worked.
The brim is also shaped using short rows.
Finally the bottom band is folded up and the lace creates a sophisticated open pattern against dark background colour of the hat.
